Meet Lauren...

I am a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in massage and bodywork, and am Nationally Certified by NCTMB. I received both my Massage Therapy and Holistic Health Practitioner Certifications locally from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego. There I learned a life changing and holistic approach to healing the body & mind: with massage, movement, and self-care. In addition to massage, I enjoy exploring ways to improve my health, including yoga, meditation and chiropractic care.

I have no doubt that regular bodywork can be both therapeutic and preventative for any pain, injury, stress or discomfort that you are living with.
